This 2.5 [k] is an UB update from bryscomat’s 2.1.3 intel crack.
So all credits to him, for finding this method.

Make sure you deny all connections from this App with the Internet. Use Little Snitch, or use the instructions at the bottom of this info to block via your hosts file (recommended as it doesn’t require another app to be running all the time).

Install the Original Installer FXFactory 2.5 first.
Use the [k] Version (Intel or PPC) only to Register the Plugins, so don’t use this App for your regular work.
This [k] App is only to enter a Fake-Serial for all the Plugins!
Once all Plugins are registered, you don’t need this [k] anymore. You may keep it for your [k] Archive, if you want.

Un-License your Plugins, if you have much, if necessary. Then run the [k] and Register with any Fake Serial.
All your Plugs will be registered at once!
They will stay Registered, even if you use the Original Installed App later on.

To block FXFactory from talking home -
Open Terminal use the following commands (you’ll need your admin password) -
sudo nano /etc/hosts

now at the end add the following 2 lines:
# Block FxFactory
127.0.0.1 www.noiseindustries.com

Then press – ctrl + x (to quit)
Y (to save)
And close terminal.
